my first bead collection

this is a bead collection I will be giving out as a post valentine gift for my friends... it comprises of a necklace, bracelet and an earring. The beads I used for this collection is the same bead I bought at Carriedo. I have been hearing a lot of positive feedback from my friends about the rosary like beaded necklaceI made another one...but this time, I made a set along with a bracelet and an earring as well as a gift for my friends. Thanks to beading 101for great tips and informative suggestions about how to make beautiful beaded accessories. This complete bead accessory collection cost me only around php 100 because it saved me marketing and operational expenses as I made this gift myself. Nice gift for Kikay friends...

black rosary like beaded necklace

I made this black beaded necklace inspired by the character of Ms.Kris Aquino when she played the role Barbara in the movie telenovela of abs-cbn entitled "Patayin sa Sindak si Barbara" - I like the design of the rosary she is using so I kinda somehow copied it. I am not a Catholic (I'm a Born Again Christian) so Ican't do the exact replica. This is my favorite bead piece so far and i usually use this wearing a casual blouse. This bead already received a lot of compliments from officemates and friends. It cost me more or less php 50 to make this cute rosary like necklace asI purchased the materials in a beading shop again in Carriedo area. Nice gift for your girl friends especially this love season to show how much you appreciate them...

mp4 for valentines

Jojo bought me this mp4 player unexpectedly. I mean, as we walk along the busy streets of Carriedo on our way to Binondo (we celebrated our Valentines Day in Chinatown - read full story here... i saw this cute little mp4 - it caught my eyes because of its colorful design. Blue kung blue talaga.hahaha! I was also wanting to buy this before as I really am not so particular sa brand ng mga gamit ko (pang generic ini) but is still looking somewhere to buy a cheaper one. And so I asked the saleslady how much this cost and she said it P1300 with predownloaded songs of 65. I feel this is a nice grab since I saw the same item @ the mall and it costs P1900 there. I don't have any plans of buying this stuff as I already committed myself in buying a new computer later that afternoon....but just to test her I asked for a discount and she gave it to me for P900! I never thought she would give me a big discount. We were about to leave then, but my fiance asked me if I want to have it, and I said yes. So he went back to the stall and bought it for me. Wow! I know since we are saving for our much awaited wedding - splurging into something that is not planned is a no-no but since it's Valentines day naman...o siya! (hahaha, plastic ba?!) Nice gift for her especially this Valentines day...
